Digital delivery. Digital products (keys, accounts, software access, etc.) are typically delivered to your account or email shortly after successful payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Physical products. When you purchase items that require shipping, delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and product availability. Tracking information may be provided when applicable. Ensure your shipping address in your account is correct before checkout.

Risk and title. For physical goods, risk of loss passes according to the carrier's terms and applicable law once the order is handed to the carrier unless we state otherwise.
