Refund Policy
This policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, and disputes for purchases made through Cookie Bunker.
Digital products. Many items are delivered digitally. Once access, keys, or credentials have been delivered or disclosed, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law or at our discretion for verified issues.
Defective or non-working items. If a product does not work as described and you report the issue within the timeframe stated on the product page or in your order confirmation, we will work with you on a replacement or another fair resolution.
Chargebacks. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in restriction of your account pending review.
